These Forms are now effective as of December 29th, 2009.
** PLEASE NOTE! **
Only SCV Members - NOT their wives - need to register. However, EVERYONE who wants to attend an event - i.e. breakfasts, luncheons, tours, the Banquet, etc. - must have a ticket! Late registrations and walk-ins are NOT guaranteed ANY tickets!
